Alright, alright, let’s talk about these NBA fellas, the ones the youngsters are always yappin’ about. You know, the ones that make the girls giggle and the boys wanna be like ‘em. We ain’t talkin’ ’bout just any ol’ players, we’re talkin’ about the sexiest NBA players, or so they say.
Now, I ain’t no expert on this stuff, mind you. I’m just a plain ol’ woman, but I got eyes, same as anyone. And let me tell ya, some of these fellas, they somethin’ else. They tall, they strong, and they got that… that… well, I don’t rightly know what it is, but they got it.
First off, there’s that LeBron James fella. Lord, that man’s been playin’ longer than some of these youngsters been alive! They say he’s tied with some other fella, Vince somethin’-or-other, for playin’ the most seasons. Twenty-two seasons! That’s a lot of runnin’ and jumpin’. He’s gotta be strong, that’s for sure. And he’s got that look, you know? Kinda serious, like he’s always thinkin’ hard. Some folks like that, I guess.
Then there’s this young whippersnapper, Kelly Oubre Jr. He’s from New Orleans, they say. A real southern boy. He’s got that… flashy style. You know, the kinda fella who ain’t afraid to wear bright colors and show off a bit. The youngsters, they seem to like that kinda thing. He’s got a lot of energy, that one.

Now, I heard tell of a woman player, name of Lusia Harris. Played for some college team, Delta State, and won a bunch of championships. They say she was a real pioneer, paved the way for all them women players today. That’s somethin’ to be proud of, ain’t it? Strong women, they’re somethin’ special. Even if she ain’t playin’ in the NBA now, she deserves a mention. Shows you it ain’t just the fellas who can be impressive.
And speaking of old-timers, there’s this Parish fella. Won a championship with the Bulls way back when. Oldest fella to ever win it, they say. Imagine that! Playin’ ball when you’re old enough to be a grandpa! There’s a bunch of ‘em, over thirty fellas they say played after they turned forty! That’s what I call dedication. Maybe it ain’t about bein’ young and flashy, maybe it’s about stickin’ with it, bein’ tough and reliable. That’s got its own kind of appeal, you know?
It’s all a matter of taste, I reckon. Some folks like the young, pretty ones, some folks like the strong, silent types, and some folks like the ones who been around the block a few times. Me? I like a fella who’s got a good heart and ain’t afraid of hard work. But that’s just me. When it comes to these NBA sexiest players, well, everyone’s got their own opinion. And that’s just fine.
