Alright, let’s talk about these basketball fellas, the white ones, in that NBA thingy in 2023. Folks keep jabberin’ about ’em, so I figured, why not yap about it too?
Now, I ain’t no expert, mind you. I just watch them fellas runnin’ around on TV, throwin’ that ball and such. But some of them white boys, they ain’t half bad. Heard tell some folks wanna know who the best white NBA players are, so let’s get to it.
- Nikola Jokić: This fella, they say he’s from Serbia or somethin’. Big ol’ boy, but nimble like a cat sometimes. He ain’t jumpin’ to the moon, but he’s got this touch, you know? Like he knows where that ball’s gonna go before it even leaves his hands. Real smart player, this Jokić. Folks say he’s one of the very best, not just amongst the white fellas, but overall. Can pass, can shoot, can do a bit of everything.
- Bogdan Bogdanovic: Another one of them Serbians. This one, he’s a shooter. Got a good eye, that boy does. He can catch that ball and zing it right through the hoop, faster than you can say “basketball.” He ain’t as big as Jokić, but he’s quick and shifty. Good player, real good. Always seems to be movin’, lookin’ for a spot to shoot.
- Donte DiVincenzo: Now this fella, I think he’s American. Plays hard, that’s what I like about him. Runs around like his pants are on fire, always hustlin’. Good shooter too, and he ain’t afraid to get in there and mix it up with the big boys. A real scrappy player, this DiVincenzo.
- Some Other Guys : They got some other fellas too, like that… what’s his name… Porzingis? Tall fella, like a beanpole. And that Hayward fella, he’s been around a while. Used to be real good, still pretty good I reckon. There’s also this Kevin Love fella. He’s been playin’ a long time. Can shoot the ball real well. All these fellas, they’re all pretty good. Each one’s got somethin’ special. Some are shooters, some are passers, some are just tough as nails.
Now, they say most of the fellas in the NBA, they ain’t white. Heard tell it’s somethin’ like only about 17 or 18 outta 100 are white. Don’t matter much to me, long as they play good ball. But it’s somethin’ folks like to talk about, so there ya go.
See, basketball’s a game for everyone, no matter where you come from or what color your skin is. But these white fellas I mentioned, they’re holdin’ their own, that’s for sure. They can play ball with the best of ’em.
