Okay, so I’ve been digging into NBA history lately, and I stumbled upon the 1982 NBA draft class. Man, what a rabbit hole that turned out to be! I wanted to see for myself what all the fuss was about, so I started, you know, just poking around.

First Steps: Finding the Basic Info
First, I grabbed a list of all the players drafted that year. It was a pretty long list, so I copied that down.
Deep Dive: Getting to Know the Players
Then, I started going through each player, one by one. I wanted to know stuff like:
- Where did they play college ball?
- What were their career stats like?
- Did they win any championships or awards?
- What are they doing these days?
- What position did they play?
I spent a good chunk of time just reading, man. I went through their stats over and over again, trying to find the best players, I looked through their photos on the internet, and even I found some old game footage!
Putting It All Together
Finally, I organized everything.I created my own system for tracking all the information. And there you * deep dive into the 1982 NBA Draft Class.
