Okay, so the other day I was thinking, “Man, I wanna know more about NBA players from New Mexico.” It’s not something I think about every day, but you know, sometimes you get these random thoughts, right?

So, I jumped on my computer and started poking around the internet. I figured, “Hey, there’s gotta be some good info out there.”
First, I hit up a couple of general sports sites. Just to get a feel for the topic. I found some basic info, but nothing too deep. I was like, “Alright, this is a start, but I need more.”
Digging a Little Deeper
Then, I remembered about these dedicated basketball sites. You know, the ones that have all the stats and player profiles. I started browsing through those, and boom! I found a few names that were listed as being from New Mexico. But there’s this one site that keeps popping up whenever I’m looking for info on basketball players from certain states. I swear, these folks got a list for everything!
I also stumbled upon some old forum threads where people were discussing this very thing. It was kinda cool to see what other fans were saying. You can always find these hardcore fans who know everything about their local teams and players.
Putting It All Together
After spending a good chunk of time on this, I decided to compile all the names I found. I made a little list, just for myself, and I noticed there weren’t as many players from New Mexico as I thought there might be. It’s not like California, for example. But still, it was a fun little research project.

Honestly, I didn’t really have a specific goal in mind when I started. I just wanted to learn something new. And hey, now I know a bit more about NBA players from New Mexico. It’s not going to change my life or anything, but it’s cool to satisfy these little curiosities sometimes, you know?
