Alright, listen up, y’all. Let’s talk about this Formula 1 thing, the one they’re havin’ in Las Vegas in 2025. I heard some things, and I’m gonna tell ya what I know, even if it ain’t pretty.
So, this Formula 1, it’s a car race, a real fast one. They got these fancy cars, and they go zoomin’ around a track. And this time, they’re comin’ back to Las Vegas, that city of lights and such, in 2025. Formula 1 Las Vegas 2025, that’s what they’re callin’ it. Sounds fancy, huh? But it’s just cars goin’ fast, if you ask me.
Now, I heard they’re gonna have a whole bunch of races, like 24 of ’em, all over the world. They start in Australia, way down under, in March, and finish up in Abu Dhabi, somewhere over in the desert, in December. That’s a lot of racin’, I tell ya. They must really like goin’ fast.

And they got all these rules, too. Complicated stuff, makes my head spin. They talk about “DRS” and “75% rule” and all sorts of mumbo jumbo. Somethin’ about how close the cars can get to each other, and how much of the race they gotta finish to get all the points. Sounds like a bunch of hogwash to me, but them racers, they take it real serious.
This DRS thing, I heard it’s about the wings on the cars, how they move ’em to go faster. They got these rules now, sayin’ there can only be two positions for the wings, and they gotta go back to the startin’ position when they’re done. See? Told ya it was complicated. But I guess it makes the racin’ more excitin’, or somethin’.
And then there’s this 75% rule. That’s about how much of the race they gotta finish to get full points. If somethin’ happens, and they can’t finish the whole thing, they still get points, but not as many. It’s like gettin’ paid for workin’ half a day, I reckon. Not as good as a full day’s pay, but better than nothin’.
Now, this race in Las Vegas, it’s a big deal, they say. It’s the “Sports and Entertainment Capital of the World,” that’s what they call it. Means there’s lots of other stuff to do besides watchin’ cars go fast. You can go gamble, see a show, eat fancy food. Me? I’d rather just sit on my porch with a glass of sweet tea, but to each their own, I guess.
They got these cars, they call ’em “Formula One cars.” They ain’t like the cars we drive, that’s for sure. They’re low to the ground, and they got all sorts of wings and things stickin’ out. And they go real, real fast. I heard they can go over 200 miles an hour! That’s faster than a chicken hawk chasin’ a field mouse, I tell ya.
So, this Formula 1 Las Vegas 2025, it’s gonna be a whole to-do, I reckon. People comin’ from all over to watch these cars go fast. And they’ll be talkin’ about DRS and 75% rules and all that stuff. Me? I’ll just be here, watchin’ the grass grow, and maybe peekin’ at the TV to see if any of them cars crash. Now that would be somethin’ to see!
They say this championship in 2025 is the 76th one. That’s a lot of racin’! They must be makin’ a pretty penny off this thing, all them tickets and such. I bet them drivers are rich as cream, too. Good for them, I guess. Someone’s gotta make a livin’ somehow.

They even tighten up the rules, I heard, about them wings on the cars. Somethin’ about the gap, makin’ it smaller. I guess that means they can get closer to each other when they’re racin’. More excitin’ that way, maybe. Or maybe it just means more chances for them to crash. I ain’t sure which.
