Alright, so, let’s gab a bit about this… uh… f1 sauber c32 thingy. Sounds fancy, don’t it? But it’s just a car, a race car, you know? Like them fellas on TV, zoomin’ around a track.

So, this here C32, it was built by some folks called Sauber. They been around a while, makin’ these cars. This one, they made it for the year 2013. 2013, yeah, that was a good year for tomatoes in my garden, but I ain’t sure about these cars.
Now, they had two fellas drivin’ this thing. One was a new fella, Gutirrez, I think his name was. First time he was doin’ this fancy racin’ stuff. The other one, Hulkenberg, he’d been around the block a bit. Drove for another team before.
- They showed this car off in February, real early in the year.
- A fella named Matt Morris, he was the one who drew up the plans for it, I reckon. He said somethin’ about the air flow at the back of the car bein’ important. Sounds like hot air to me, but what do I know?
They changed some things from the year before, the C31 they called it. Made it look different, I guess. But honestly, all them cars look the same to me – fast and loud.
This Sauber bunch, they thought they knew what they were doin’ with this car. Said they understood it better. But from what I hear, it wasn’t so good at first. Didn’t get no points, them drivers. That’s like not gettin’ no ribbons at the county fair, I guess. Embarrassin’, you know?
Hulkenberg, he drove it around a lot, tryin’ to figure it out. They messed with the air stuff, tryin’ to make it go faster. Seems like a lot of fuss over somethin’ that just goes in circles.
They didn’t change the rules much that year, but this car was still different. They must’ve been tinkerin’ with somethin’. Fellas always tinkerin’, can’t leave well enough alone.

And this Bottas fella, he was talkin’ about how the car wasn’t so good. He drove for Sauber before, didn’t get no points neither. Poor guy.
Sauber, they knew the car wasn’t the best. Said they needed to make it better, get on top of things. Kinda like hoein’ the weeds in the garden, gotta keep at it.
So, they kept workin’ on it, tryin’ to make it faster, tryin’ to get them fellas some points. Took ‘em a while, but they finally got some points in Azerbaijan, way late in the season. Better late than never, I always say.
Sauber, they’ve been doin’ this racin’ stuff for a long time. Started way back in 1970 by some fella named Peter. Then BMW, another car company, bought them out for a bit. Now they’re called something else, Kick Sauber, or just Sauber. Too many names if you ask me.
So, this C32, it was just one of them cars. Some good, some bad. Just like my tomatoes, some years they’re big and juicy, some years they’re small and sour. That’s just the way things go, I reckon.
The main thing is, these fellas, they tried their best. They built a car, they raced it, and they kept workin’ at it, even when things weren’t so good. And that’s somethin’ to be said for that, ain’t it?
