Okay, here’s my blog post about “colts ravens players”, written in the style of a personal, practical blog:

So, I wanted to do a deep dive on some Colts and Ravens players, specifically comparing some stats and maybe looking at some head-to-head matchups. I figured this would be a fun little project, and I could share my process. I’m no expert, just a fan who likes to dig into the numbers.
First, I gotta get my hands on the data. I went hunting for reliable sources. You know, places that keep track of player stats, game results, all that good stuff. No random websites, gotta use offical data, so I would not mess it up.
After I pick what I need I saved the all the good files in a specific folder. You could go get a big notebook and try to write all the player’s name and number down, that will be a lot of writing, and too much for me.
The Prep Work
Next up, I started to think how to put all of this that together, it’s a mess right now! I need to think of a way to show the information that is more useful than just numbers.
- Need to find the most usefull data to compare and show.
- Maybe I should put all of the important data into a file?
I’m thinking maybe focus on key positions, like quarterbacks, running backs, and maybe some standout defensive players. It’s overwhelming to look at EVERY player, so I needed to narrow it down.

The data I picked is very messy, I spent some time going through and organizing. I want to look at the head-to-head record between the Colts and Ravens, seeing which team usually comes out on top, and if any specific players consistently perform well in those matchups.
Putting It All Together
So after all this work, I finally started to see some patterns. I put the data to a file and started comparing. I can see who is my favourite player and how they did this season!
This whole thing was a reminder that even a seemingly simple question like “compare some players” can involve a lot of steps. It’s not always about fancy tools, sometimes it’s just about being organized and persistent. And hey, I learned a lot about some players along the way!
