Hey folks, it’s your boy here, back with another deep dive into my seemingly endless pit of random data hoarding. Today, we’re going way back to 2010, talking about the Milwaukee Bucks roster. Yeah, I know, pretty niche, but hey, that’s what I do. I was cleaning out my old hard drives – yes, I still have those – and stumbled upon this folder labeled “NBA Stuff 2010”. Curiosity got the best of me, and down the rabbit hole I went.

First, I fired up my old browser – man, those old versions bring back memories – and started digging. It wasn’t easy, you know. Websites from back then are like ancient scrolls, half of them don’t even work anymore. But I managed to piece together some info from various sources. Forums, old news articles, you name it, I sifted through it.
The Roster
- I compiled a list of players who were part of the Bucks during the 2009-10 regular season and the 2010 playoffs. It was like putting together a puzzle.
- Each player’s got their jersey number, position, height, birthdate, and even some draft info. Took me hours to cross-reference everything, but I got it done.
Then, I wanted to see how the team performed. Turns out, the Bucks were 46-36 in the 2009-10 season. Not too shabby, right? They finished 2nd in the Central Division and 6th in the Eastern Conference. I even found out they lost in the Eastern Conference First Round against Atlanta. Bummer. I then also took a quick look at 2011. They ended the 2010-11 season with 35 wins and 47 losses.
I got really into it, reading about the coach, Scott Skiles, and his strategies. It’s amazing how much the game has changed since then. Also, I learned that this 2010 team was pretty balanced. They had some solid players, but no real superstars. They played as a team, and that’s probably why they did okay. I found myself getting lost in stats, game recaps, and even some player interviews from back then. It was a real blast from the past. I remembered watching some of these games. Time flies, man.
So, yeah, that’s my little adventure for today. It might not be the most exciting thing in the world, but it was fun for me. And who knows, maybe there’s someone out there who’s as into this stuff as I am. If you are, hit me up, and let’s geek out together. Until next time, peace out!
